Although this sounds a bit rude, it's frequently used in informal situacions. We use this polite response to tell 👨👩 that there's no need for them to thank because helping them was a pleasure.

It is a semi-formal expression. There is some variations of this phrase such as My pleasure and It's a pleasure.

As it said, you use this to tell 👨👩 that you are 😀 to help them. You can sound much more formal saying Happy to be of service.

If you has an 🇺🇸 friend, you could have heard this one. Owing to the fact that they and other 🇺🇸 English speakers use them.
    You bet! Anytime.
