With 'Keep'

Hi guys❗ I'm sure that you've said this word many times. Do you use phrasal verbs with 'keep'

If you don't. Well, I'll tell you some of them. Let's begin❗

Keep (sb/sth) away
To avoid 👨👩 or something, or make someone else to do it.
     I'm keeping myself away from junk food.
                                        keep (sb) away from (sth)

Keep (sth) down
To control the number, level or size of sth from increasing or being too great.
        The doctor suggests keeping down my weight.
                                                           keep down (sth)

Keep in
1. To make 👨👩 stay in hospital.
        After his operation, the doctors kept him in for more tests.
                                  keep (sb) in
2.  To force 👨👩 stay indoors or in a particular place.
        His parents kept him in for playing truant.
                                             keep (sb) in

Keep on
1. To continue doing something, or to do something many times.
        Don't give up! You just have to keep on trying.
                                            keep on (doing sth)
2.  To speak repeatedly to 👨👩 in an annoying way.
        If she didn't keep on at them, homework would never get done.
                                     keep on (at sb / about sth)

Keep up with
1. To be aware of something such as the news, current events, etc..
        I kept up with the 📰 once in a blue moon when I was in university.
                          keep up with (sth)
2. To move at the same speed as someone.
        You used to run so fast that nobody never managed to keep up with you.
                                                                                                               keep up with (sb)
3. To continue to be in contact with 👨👩.
        I keep up with my besties on Whatsapp.
                            keep up with (sb)

Keep to (sth)
To stay with something such as a plan, subject, path, etc.
     Please, keep to the point.
                         keep to (sth)
