Hi guys❗ Let me tell you that I ❤️ 🎵. I listen to my MP3 player list when I'm traveling by 🚌, reading 📚, writing posts, etc.. Do you like listening to 🎵 How many words and expressions related to music do you know❓

In case you can't remember some of them, don't 😟. I'll remind you the most well-known, they are:

Singer /ˈˈsɪŋ.ə/
Someone who sings, especially 👨👩 whose job is singing.

Song /sɒŋ/
A piece of 🎵 with words that are sung. 

Lyricist /ˈlɪr.ɪ.sɪst/
A 👨/👩 who writes the words for songs. A lyricist is also called songwriter.

Lyrics  /ˈlɪr·ɪks/
The words of a song.

Chorus  /ˈkɔː.rəs/
The repeated part of a song.

Musician /mjuːˈzɪʃən/
A 👨/👩 who is skilled in playing 🎵 . For example: 🎸👩, 🎷👨, 🎻👩, etc.

Album /ˈæl.bəm/
A group of songs or pieces of 🎵 made available on an item like a 💽 or the internet.

Single /ˈsɪŋ.ɡəl/
A 💽 that has a main song and a few ones; a song that is sold in this way.

Tune /tjuːn/
A series of musical notes, especially it is catchy (nice and esay to remember).

Gig /ɡɪɡ/
A performance of 🎵 by 🎤👨👩 or musicians, especially playing modern or pop music. Also it is called concert.

Jam Session /ˈdʒæm ˌseʃən/
An informal performance of jazz or rock 🎵.

Cover /ˈkʌv.ə/
A performance or new recording of a song that was originally recorded by other artist.

Serenade /ˌser.əˈneɪd/
A song sung or a piece of 🎵 for 👨👩. Usually, a 👨 performs this for the 👩 he ❤️ at night.

A capela /ˌæ kæˈpelə/
Sung without any musical instrument.

'it´s all Greek to me ' 👋 guys❗ How is it going❓ Have you ever heard this proverb❓ Maybe, you know its meaning because your grandma has told you it so many times. If you have never heard this saying,  you could get  😕  after you read it or maybe you´ve just guessed the meaning. Well, don´t be 😟, don´t 😢. Let me tell you it. 👨👩 say  'It/something is all Greek to them'   to mean that they can not understand that. Origin The origin youto keepiously comes from the incident of Van Gogh, the painter cutting his left ear off after a series of mental illnesses. But the literary origin of the phrase is not available. Van Gogh, after cutting his ear off and rendering himself totally deaf continued to play loud music and tried to sing along too.
