I'm sure that you have ever heard these words, which sometimes are confused.

Sensible
If something or a 👨/👩 is sensible, they are reasonable, practical and show good judgment.
     It's a sensible advice.

This can be used for saying that something is suitable for an specific purpose, and practical rather than fashionable.
     If you want to be as fit as a fiddle, just eat a sensible diet and excercise dialy.

Sensitive
This word have many meanings:
Sensible is an adjective that describes a 👨/👩 who can understand 👨👩 feelings.
      Maria is very sensitive.

Also, this adjective can be used for describing a 👨/👩 who is easily offended or 😟.
     Be careful with your words. He is very sensitive to criticism.

We can use sensible as a synonym of reasonable, practical and, in formal English, noticeable.
We say that a person is sensitive if they can understand people feelings or get angry easily. Also, this adjective is used for saying that someone is quiet good at understanding arts or expressing themselves trough them.
Something is sensitive, it ought to be treated with care, such as issues, or reacts to smalls changes in light, temperature or position.
