Hi guys❗ How is it going❓

Did you spend Valentine's day with your 💕👨/💕👩❓ or, maybe, you spent this day with your friends because you do not have a romantic relationship. If you are single, I have a question for you: Do you know other ways to say single 🙅💍💒❓

In the following conversations, you can find of them. Try to guess the differences between them.

Pedro: Do you like him❓
Tanya: Yes, I do. Not only he's handsome, but also funny.
Pedro: Be careful. He's a corfirmed bachelor. He has never had a serious romantic relationship.

Henry: How is she❓

Robin: No. Mary's a lone mother. John's father did a 🏃 soon after the 👶 was born.

Unattached
We use this adjective for referring to 👨/👩 who is not married or involved in a romantic relationship.
    You're unattached at the age of 31..

Bachelor
This noun is an old-fashioned way to mean a 👨 who has never been married.
    He's a confirmed bachelor 

Bachellor girlIts meaning is deducible, isn't it❓ - 👨👩 use it to refer to an independent young 👩 who is not married
    Ellizabeth is an eligible bachelor girl.

Eligible
Have you deduced from the previous example what eligible means❓ - An eligible young 👨/👩 is thought to be an excellent choice as a husband/wife because they are rich or very attractive.
    Mark is an eligible bachelor.

Unmarried
Obviously, this adjective is used for describing 👨👩 who are not married.
    Rose is still unmarried. She says she doesn't believe in marriage.

Spinster
An spinster the way 👨👩 called an unmarried, especially one who is no longer young.
    Sabrina's moved on to her spinster aunts's.

Lone
Use this 🇬🇧 word for saying that a 👨/👩 does not have a husband/wife or a partner to share the care of 👦👧.
    Mary's a lone mother.
